At Alevola, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • Tags and original packaging must be included

  • The item must not show signs of wear, washing, or damage

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Worn items

  • Washed items

  • Damaged products caused by misuse

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours after purchase. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
